Tim Scott - Outrageous Fortune

Jim reminded me the other day that Tim Scott's got a book out. He'll be doing a review of it for the site at some point "if no one does it first", he says. So, if you've got the book, let us know what you make of it.

"How much does it cost?", I hear you ask. Well, unlike the Dare To Believe DVD it's an absolute bargain on Amazon at £5.27 (at the time of writing) and it's even cheaper if you go through their new and used section.

Click on this link to buy the book.

A little aside; I like the way he's got Michael Marshall Smith to do the front cover review - as if he was going to give you a bad one. You can do better than that, Tim! ;-)

And Now In Colour
23rd August 2007
By Scott

The excellent and very funny "And Now In Colour" is currently being repeated on BBC 7. Go to their Listen again page to hear it (see 22:30 - 23:00). It's written by and starring the three writers from the first series of DTB, Tim Scott (or De Jongh as he preferred to be called back then), Tim Firth and Michael Marshall Smith (or Rutger, as he preferred). Can't these people just decide on names?! Also involved was William Vandyck.

The show made it to a TV pilot episode called "It's a Mad World, World, World, World". It featured the writing talents of the brilliant Caroline Aherne and Alistair McGowan. By all accounts it was well received but never made it off the ground.
